The client, Booking.com, is an online travel e-commerce company with offices in many countries worldwide. Their offices are non-client facing but have a mix of permanent staff and staff travelling from their other international offices.
Booking.com was looking to open a Cape Town office. The office building has been designed with healthy workplace principles in mind and uses fresh air ventilation systems, passive heating, and cooling technologies and maximises natural light. The focus of this project was to create a healthy workplace while meeting the client’s spatial requirements and corporate identity/culture.
